Okay, thanks for letting us know. Sorry we weren't of help; we haven't
seen that particular failure mode before, since it can't easily happen
with an AFS homedir. I imagine that, with a local homedir, running
discuss as root (after su'ing from rar) would cause the ownership to
change when the .meetings file is updated.
