When the file servers were changed over to Themis the quota changes were
not carried over! This results in me being over my hard quota on the
new machine!
when i logged in i received
Block limit reached on /mit/tbtatlow
Block limit reached on /mit/tasteele
I am tasteele and should not be receiving info regarding tbtatlow.

also since i am at a hard limit i cannot send this message until i
delete enough files. compress results in total file loss in this
situation!
