Hmm - I don't know which version of gs that is involved - but gs7.00
had a problem - for which there is a simple fix - and is incorporated into
newer gs releases. The maintainer of gsftopk could work around it, but
argues that gs is at fault.

Looks like gs7.01 fixes the problem.
