The following message was sent to OLC yesterday. It gives us a reliable way
to reproduce the tasklist crash. I've confirmed that it does indeed cause the
crash on a Sparc. I'm not sure if everyone who's experienced the problem
would have double-clicked logout, but if not, perhaps the cause of the crash
is the same even if logout isn't double-clicked. I started looking around
bugzilla and the CVS repository for gnome-core/panel given this lead, but I'm
not sure of much yet. I'll let you know if I come up with anything, or
otherwise maybe someone else will have more inspiration. For now, I'll thank
the user.

Hello, I want to report that I have found out when the tasklist disappears
(at least one reason).
When I press twice on the logout button (double click) then it disappears.
