1. Which Linux platform is this?
2. Does realplay work in standalone mode for that platform
(run /mit/infoagents/arch/@sys/realplayer7/realplay)

We have had two persistent problems with realplayer for Linux.
One is getting the right versions for the right platforms - Real tends to
provide only one (unlabeled) "Linux" version at a time. The other is
getting the plugin to work even with a version of realplay that is
actually a symlink elsewhere. The questions above will help me tell which
this is.
