Okay, it's been a week now, and my machine is still using the RW
volume, and I've tried detach/attach, fs flush*, fs checkv.
Everything I could think of except rebooting, or getting
astaff.readonly released (which I doubt would help because it appears
to be a name->volid mapping). Whatever is hanging onto the relevant
information, it doesn't appear to have a timeout....
