This happens occasionally on multi-user machines when a zwgc exits
uncleanly and the port is reused before the server notices.
It's a serious bug, but not one we really know how to fix without serious
protocol revisions (e.g. encrypting zephyr bodies so that you can't
receive them without knowing the session key of the Kerberos tickets you
used to subscribe with).
