This is a minor bug that may be more dangerous to fix than to leave, but
here goes:
If you type logout from a non-login-shell window in which there are stopped
jobs, you get the "There are stopped jobs." error message. It seems like
it would be more appropriate for you to get a "Not in login shell" message;
i.e., this should be checked before stopped jobs....
