I have looked into this problem and have figured out more or less what
went wrong: those header files were introduced by Sun patches, and our
hacked version of the patches (we can't use stock Sun patches because
we store a bunch of packages remote) didn't include the links for the
new headers.  I'm not yet sure why that happened or what the best way
to fix the problem is, but hopefully we should have something within
the next few patch releases.

I assume you can adequately work around this problem by creating the
symlinks yourself (assuming you have a private machine you regularly
compile on) or by using -I/os/usr/include.
