Yes, the manpage is in section 3c, as it should be, but you do get the
following error message if you run 'man getopt':
windex entry incorrect: getopt(3) not found.
I think I've noticed on a couple of other occasions that the windex file is
not accurate. Can we fix whatever's wrong with it (I assume this probably
doesn't amount to much more than running catman, but I'm not certain)?
