Hi, this problem is due to a missing symlink in the watchmaker locker,
which I have corrected in the read-write area. The fix should get
propagated to the actual locker at some point soonish.
However, I strongly suggest that you stop using the watchmaker locker
in preference to other lockers. The watchmaker locker is almost
totally unmaintained, and there is a much more reliable version of the
RCS tools for Solaris in /usr/athena/bin.
