System name: tokata.mit.edu
Type and version:	i686 9.0.13 (with mkserv)
Display type: XFree86 3.3.6a SVGA

Shell: /bin/athena/tcsh
Window manager: sawfish

What were you trying to do?
Use the hide button or the scroll bars on the Console pop-up
window just after logging in.

What's wrong:
(I reported this to testers, but it still has not been fixed.)
Every so often, when I log in, the console window has no window
manager decorations, and ignores all mouse input. IE the Hide
button does not work, and the scrollbar does not obey the mouse.

Going to a shell window and doing
	     hide_console
	     show_console
brings the console window back with decorations that obeys the mouse.

I suspect there is yet another sawfish start-up race condition.

What should have happened:
Console should always show up with window manager decorations,
and should always obey mouse clicks in the Hide button and mouse
drags in the scrollbar.
