Errors occurring when attempting a 'grab'

Hello,
Here's what's happening there: if you try to grab a user, and the user's
logged out, OLC will try to tell you so. However, if it can't contact
you to tell you this, the grab will fail and the log will include the
message "Grab failed: unable to contact consultant".
One possibility here is that you've moved from the location OLC thinks
you're at, and you're not using Zephyr at the time. Another is that OLC
is just confused; I've noticed that it sometimes thinks people can't be
contaced when they're actually logged in. I haven't been able to
duplicate that long enough to track it down.
