The problem with "apropos mail" has been fixed. The gory details are
that the "automatiaally generated file" is not so automatic. By
expanding the macros in the file so that makewhatis could pickup on
them, the problem is solved.
We have to be carefull and make sure the problem does not crop up again
in mh6.6 for the 7.0 release.
