For the record, this has been removed from the menus while we sort out
several questions about Japanese tools in the menus (both new and from
Dash).
In this case, it's not just an Linux/xalf issue, also fails on Suns
with:
xset: bad font path element (#42), possible causes are:
Directory does not exist or has wrong permissions
Directory missing fonts.dir
Incorrect font server address or syntax
/mit/nihongo/bin/kterm.real: Command not found
which may just be a matter of locker maintainers updating for new system
values, but in any case we have a few other things to clear up with them.
