Some first impressions of 2.1 Beta xsaber:
The mouse pointer is hard to see in monochrome black on white.
The buttons don't highlight when the pointer enters them.
The cursor in the editor is hard to see
Specifying a file on the command line doesn't work.
It didn't look at my .Xresources -- it should come up white on black.
The arrow keys don't work in the editor!
The editor is ungodly slow.
Windows don't have borders, so it is hard to tell where they overlap.
When typing in the editing window, a window would occaisionally pop up
telling me:
Saber Edit: couldn't link /mit/x11dev/src/contrib/demos/xgranite/
.xgranite.c%% to /mit/x11dev/src/contrib/demos/xgranite/.xgranite.c%
Press any button to continue.
That popup error window didn't have a border.
It is not at all clear what the middle button does in the editing window.
These criticisms based on experience on a VSII with Xqvss display.
