Michael,

Many thanks for your suggestion. We have been struggling with having to
strike a balance between ergonomics and cost in cluster furniture and
workstation configuration for a long time now. There is often no way to
meet the ergonomic needs of a spectrum of users without moving to fully
adjustable furniture, the cost of which proves to be prohibitive.

We do have adjustable height workstations in some of the clusters
(W20-575 and 12-182). You may also be interested in looking at some of
the ergonomic solutions we are currently testing in the 4-167 Athena
cluster. It holds equipment we are evaluating in cooperation with MIT's
ATIC lab, and we'd love to get your opinions on it. Please send your
comments to suggest@mit.edu.

Feedback like yours will be very helpful in our decision making process
for future cluster deployments and workstation selection.

Cheers,

Oliver Thomas
