System name: x15-cruise-basselope.mit.edu
Type and version:	Ultra-5_10 8.4.23 (with mkserv)
Display type: afb

Shell: /bin/sh (/bin/athena/tcsh?)
Window manager: unknown

What were you trying to do?
	Unlock a locked screen.

What's wrong:
This ultra 10 hung hard. DId not respond to STOP-A or to
the front power button. It was displaying an xss screensaver
at the time, I believe it was rorshach -root -offset 7, but
it might have just been one that looked like that.

What should have happened:
It should not have hung the machine. There should be some way
to figure out what xss hack locked the machine and why.

Perhaps someone could run all the hacks for an extended
period of time on an ultra to find out which ones cause
hangs, and then boot a deadman kernel (snooping=1 in /etc/system)
and try to find the problem?

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
It sucks when your screensaver kills the machine.
