What were you trying to do?
run lert with expired tix (specifically including an expired
service key for daemon.minos) OK, that wasn't what I was
*trying* to do as much as what I happened to do accidently
that caused a problem.
What went wrong?
lert hung indefinately
What should have happened?
AN error noting the tix were expired, I suppose.
Yo, got any documentation, or other info?
Yeah, looking at the logs on minos when this was happening,
the following is logged 5 times at intervals of about 1
second.
lertd: Kerberos failure: Ticket expired (krb_rd_req)
Based on the logs it apear that the hung client does *not*
affect the servers ability to deal with other clients.
