Well, I tried feeding the sources to the GNU C compiler to Saber
again; it still can't handle it. This time, rather than refusing to
accept some of the source code (complaining about errors), it got an
internal error...

This was on about the 11th source file of over 40, which I think is
roughly how far version 1.2c got.
I can provide the sources and the script I used to load them (and
suppress a number of messages) if you want.
