linux: verify still re-installs athena-sendmail

Despite having just run an athena-verify that re-installed the
sendmail package, rpm -V still reports a problem with it:
bash# rpm -V athena-sendmail
S.5....T c /etc/sendmail.st
bash# ls -l /etc/sendmail.st
-rw-r--r-- 1 root kmem 616 Dec 13 01:16 /etc/sendmail.st
Notably, re-installing the package doesn;t actually touch
/etc/sendmail.st
At this point I'd advocate ading /etc/sendmail.st to the third
category of files to ignore in athena-verify. If no one else does
I'll probably submit a patch at some point, but not right now (and
someone beating me to it is fine).
Oh, this is on an 8.4.17 machine.
