I just helped a user in the cluster whose machine had frozen. She had
clicked inc in exmh, and was in a state where the mouse icon refused to
move, and the power button didn't do anything.
I powercycled the machine, and had her inc mail from a sun. She had
six messages, totalling ~18900 bytes, which she inc'd successfully,
and plenty of quota.
