This is a standard feature of Netscape's poor user-event handling and is
unfortunately something we are unable to fix at this time.

Thereafter, clicking either the "STOP" button or clicking on other links have no effect--Netscape doesn't do anything. Nevertheless it seems to be at least partly responding to my clicking because it seems to change color of the link when the mouse button is down. But it never actually tries to go to any of the links I clicked on, doesn't even try to load. I also tried reloading or hitting the back/forward button, those buttons respond but fails to reload the webpage that I was at when the error occurs (it just give a blank document). Also, after I go to menu bar and exit Netscape and rerun it, it complains about a lock file not being deleted, indicating that it did not apparently exit normally despite appearance of being so.
