xss wouldn't accept a typed password. No *'s appeared in the box,
although the login box popped up as usual, and timed out as usual.
When the login box wasn't visible, the screensaver moved as usual.
The three-handed grip of death worked to kill the X-server, and the
user reported that she did not run any other screensavers.
