Rescale a nyquist plot (from the control systems toolbox).  The second
command should rescale the plot, showing a close-up of the origin.

nyquist(1,[1 1 1])
axis([-.2 .2 -.2 .2])

The axis command has no effect.

The axes on the plot should have rescaled.

These exact two commands worked in a previous version of matlab.  I have
noticed that neither nyquist() nor nichols() will rescale.  I have
script files and postscript plots from December 1998 (matlab 5.1?  5.2?)
that show the correct behavior.  However, these script files no longer
produce the correct plots with Matlab 5.3.
