Hi Serena,
You almost surely know this already, but for the record, the problem should
be fixed now. We made a change to the software licensing wrapper that
FrameMaker (along with most of our other Third Party software) is controlled
by. The change had a bug which broke FrameMaker, but not other wrapped
applications. The bug should now be fixed.
