[18467] in Athena Bugs
linux : mh with "emacs" set in .mh_profile has "comp" and "repl" fail

What were you trying to do?
run comp or repl with "Emacs" as the editor in my .mh_profile
What's wrong:
Both commands hang with this in ps fx
18268 pts/1 S 0:00 comp
18269 pts/1 T 0:00 \_ emacs /afs/athena.mit.edu/user/s/l/sly/Mail/drafts-exmh/79
However, if I change the "Editor" line of .mh_profile to
/usr/bin/emacs everything works just fine. Also loading emacs
(/usr/athena/bin/emacs -- which is the first emacs in my path)
by itself works just fine.
I'm way too tierd to track this right now, and I have a 13 hour drive in the morning.
If there's something I should be doing to give a better report let
me know and I will deal when I retrn to MA.
