What were you trying to do?
show a mail message that contained a binhqx'd xls spreadsheet
What went wrong?
show said:
*Could not identify what version of Word created this file.*
What should have happened?
Ideally the spreadsheet should have popped up in xess, at the
very least show shouldn't have thought it was a word document
Yo, got any documentation, or other info?
I can probably arrange to give an example document to someone,
but here is the relevant part:
--=====================_32808896==_
Content-Type: application/mac-binhex40; name="1642100p3.xls"
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="1642100p3.xls"
(This file must be converted with BinHex 4.0)
FWIW, I WAS able to read it using metamail to save it to a file, xbin
to de-binhqx it, and Xess to import it, but that was a lot of steps.
