I'd be interested in knowing the order of manipulations you did before
this with the original user.sai in renaming it to Xuser.sai and
creating the new user.sai.

Anyone looking into this may be interested, and not surprised,
to learn that the volume then named Xuser.sai had its quota increased
from 10MB to 50MB.  It looks like the volume id for the original
user.sai was cached from before you did the rename and that was used
for the fs sq.
