What's wrong:
After these machines took the 8.4.11 patch release from the dev
cell, they began to give the following message at login:
aklog: can't get afs configuration (afsconf_Open(/usr/vice/etc))
I have found that the problem is that /usr/vice/etc/ThisCell was
changed to mode 640. Changing it back to 644 fixes the problem.
It might be a good idea to make sure all the other files' modes are
what they're supposed to be.
