On Athena 8.2 and above (including the latest releases of SIPB-Athena
for Linux and NetBSD), the Right Thing is for trn to run
/bin/athena/attachandrun mime metamail metamail [arguments]
I've Cc:ed bug-sipb so that whoever maintains the trn install in the
sipb locker (the only one on Athena, according to whichlocker) can
know to fix it.
