Run netscape-4.73 from the infoagents locker, never having
used a 4.x version of Netscape from this account before.
What's wrong:

To correct, this situation, quit Netscape, and then run
add infoagents
netscape-fix
cd
rm -rf .netscape/cache
/mit/infoagents/arch/sun4x_56/bin/netscape-4.73: /mit/infoagents/share/Netscape/4.73/from3x: not found
What should have happened:
Presumably the file from3x should have been present in the
directory mentioned above, and netscape should have started.
