fdformat says "not a typewriter" if you try to format /dev/fd0,
although it does work on /dev/rfd0.
dosread, doswrite, and dosdir just plain don't work. In fact, I
managed to hang a machine by trying 'doswrite -i'.
After much searching, I managed to find an RT in e40 still running
5.5T so that I could write my PC disk.
