New user (gtest) running Netscape for the first time.
athena% netscape&

athena% cp: cannot access /var/athena/infoagents/www/netscape/bookmarks.html
athena% find /var/athena/infoagents/ | grep bookmark
/var/athena/infoagents/arch/sun4x_57/MIT-only/netscape/bookmark.htm
Netscape did start normally, and the bookmark file that got copied
into ~/.netscape has the same contents as the above file.
