What were you trying to do?
run rsh from afsuser with root tickets
What's wrong:
rsh menelaus -l root
pauses for about a minute and then gives "connection refused"
What should have happened:
It should have connected me
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
This is true for both 8.3 and 8.4 using the afsuser rsh.
(I put add -f afsuser moira in my .environment a while back
after the bug where I was complaining about srvnak errors with
blanche in 8.4)
