It used to be the case that if a consultant logged out, and the user
sent a message or marked themselves as done, it would say "unable to
connect to consultant" and forward them to pending or mark as done
appropriately. olcr doesn't seem to be doing that any more;
olatex[18257] is a user who marks herself as done several times over
the course of two days when I am no longer logged in (but have, alas,
failed to forward her before logging out) and is unable to do so.
