So, I think there are two independent problems here:
* /usr/athena/lib/quickstations does not exist under Linux.
* Because of the datadir change to config.site, bugme now
looks in /usr/athena/share/quickstations. So bugme will
break on all platforms under 8.4 if we don't deal.
I will fix.
