The problem is that many people seem to fail to clearly
communicate the fact that it all one word, and it leads to a massive
amount of confusion, because the users do not get errors from
typing the wrong form.
I always say "all one word, no spaces," but not everyone seems to be
quite so particularly anal in their communications, and this leads to
problems.
