I just installed cj. I did a layered install, because it has SCSI
disks. When I added the ssh package, it generated a key for me. I
believe it does this in the cluster install too. While this may be
useful for layered machines, it is an actively bad idea for cluster
machiens to even have an ssh key. The athena ssh package shouldn't
create a host key pair, at least not if PUBLIC=true, and we should
nuke existing keys from PUBLIC=true machines.
