Upon inspection, I realized that the i386_linux22 platform didn't have a
global set of mailcap and mime.types files, because one of the crucial
symlinks wasn't there.

(Not sure why this should be, as I recall putting it in when I put in all
the other linux22 symlinks, but it was definitely missing when I checked.
I'm also not sure why I haven't seen more complaints about this, as it
would also affect a lot of other helper apps ....)

I've added this symlink. You can decide whether it's worth releasing the 
r/w volume by hand; otherwise it'll propagate overnight and be available 
Saturday.

It SHOULD try to start ghostview as the postscript handler, same as other
platforms. Now, whether ghostview will run on that platform is something I
don't know.

Alex: Would you see if this affects the rvplayer issue you wrote me
about as well?
