viewdoc does not do landscape

Viewdoc as currenty resides in the athenadoc directory (vax & RT), does
not understand the concept of landscape mode. Scribing a page with
landscape in mind, I was suprised that it tried to display it like an
ordinary 8.5 x 11 chopping off the right hand edge.

(I was using the landscape definitions for scribe as residing in the
consult locker - I have not tried this with the landcape definitions as
they reside in 6.1A as I don't know how to invoke it as such.)
