netscape on irix uses ImageView which is incapable of printing

At one level, the bug is that ImageView can't print on athena -
File->Print brings up an empty list of printers to choose from - but I
don't hold much hope of that getting fixed, SGI is just being
excessively clever. Instead, I'd like to suggest that netscape use xv
instead; since infoagents irix netscape already depends on xanim from
the graphics locker, this isn't that much of an additional dependency.
(netscape is /mit/infoagents/arch/sgi_65/bin/netscape
seen on steve-dallas which is 8.3.25 IRIX 6.5)
