What were you trying to do?
I used the MATLAB 'edit' command to edit my function.
In the editor I tried to use the "Tools" menu, and the
editor crashed and vanished.
What's wrong:
The MATLAB editor vanishes when I try to use the "Tools" menu.
What should have happened:
I should have been able to view the items in the "Tools"
menu and continued to use the MATLAB editor.
