The fact that /etc/rmtab is growing is a bug.  It should be a list of
all machines that have something NFS mounted from the server.
Unfortunately, because of a bug in "attach", the directories are never
being marked as "unmounted" when they are being detached.  This will be
fixed in 6.1B, and when the rest of the world is running this version,
as people start to attach&detach previously attached directories, they
will be purged from /etc/rmtab.
