Framemaker has not yet been released for Linux. There is, however,
every indication that Adobe (which makes Framemaker) will release in
for Linux sometime in the not too distant future.
The "What runs where" file is a useful resource for questions like
this one; it lists a large amount of Athena software and details which
workstations are capable of running that software. You can find it at
http://web.mit.edu/acs/www/whereruns.html.
