At this point FrameMaker is not available on Linux. There should be a
poster near the Athena-Linux pilot test machines in w20 which lists
some popular applications which are not available, and to check
software by platform you can consult:

P.S. Adobe recently announced a beta release of Frame for Linux; it
should be available on Athena once it is considered a stable product.
