Using pts from the afsuser locker, on inf.mit.edu (an 8.3.25 sun):
; pts createu -help
Usage: pts createuser -name <user name>+ [-id <user id>+] [-cell <cell name>] [-noauth ] [-test ] [-force ] [-help ]
; pts createu golem.root 71468 sipb.mit.edu
pts: Permission denied ; unable to create user golem.root with id 71468
Marc verified that it failed for him as well, but that it worked for
him if he explicitly used `-c sipb.mit.edu' instead of relying on the
positional parameters.
This is typical of old bugs in AFS cli tools, but I didn't know if it
had been reported recently.
