to whom it may concern:
attached is a sendbug report for netscape.
i'm sending this by this method because the sendbug program doesn't seem
to work if you use netscape to read/send mail because you don't have an
aliases file. could you look into this so people who use netscape can
send bug
reports too?

What's wrong:
there seems to be something wrong with the fonts. regular
punctuation marks like ' and such are not showing up, being replaced
by question marks (?) like the netscape has no idea what the
character maps to.
What should have happened:

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
i've looked at other fonts in netscape, using both view->character sets
and edit->preferences->appearance->fonts with no success.
