At some point in time, when running eolcr, and sending mail to a user that
had unseen messages in olc, you were asked if you wanted to insert their
unseen messages. Now, you're not prompted anymore, and it would be nice to
have that back. In olcr, you are still prompted to insert their unseen
messages.
