hex header pages missing an edge

While printing to ajax, I just noticed that the hex
header pages are missing an edge in one of the hexagons.
Take a hex header page and hold it in the landscaope
orientation. The hexagon the upper-right corner that falls
off the page is missing its lower-left edge. Similarly,
in the bottom-right corner, the upper-left edge is
missing.
